Technical advice
We can provide technical advice on a specific issue or lead the work from the initial needs assessment to the finished product. This includes development, prototyping, preparation for production and manufacturing planning.
When a project requires several areas of expertise, we coordinate resources, materials, manufacturing and deliveries. You have a single point of contact throughout the project, with regular updates on decisions, schedules and next steps.
Project management
A finished product may include components from several manufacturers. Lindevall Defence and Industry coordinates the work with our partners – from technical documentation and material selection to manufacturing and assembly. You have a single point of contact who manages the project and ensures the components fit together.
We plan deliveries, monitor progress and review decisions with you along the way. This brings different areas of expertise together in a complete system, without you having to manage each part of the project yourself.
