Mission-critical performance

When equipment is used in demanding environments, every component must do its job. This is especially important in defence applications, where fit, durability and precision are essential.

From bags, straps, cargo nets and covers that make equipment easier to carry, secure and protect, to seals, insulation and splash guards whose materials and construction must work as part of a larger system.
We work closely with you to understand what the product needs to withstand, how it will be used and the requirements its manufacture must meet. Together, we develop the solution and prepare it for production, from the first units to repeat deliveries.

Demanding requirements

For military products, the material must be fit for purpose, and every component must fit. We select materials based on the customer’s requirements and the supplier’s material data sheets. Using pattern drawings, we then cut the material precisely on our cutting machine and carry out quality checks on site.

The requirements go beyond durability and a long service life. The product must also be easy to clean and maintain, and work well for the person wearing or using it. Fit, ergonomics and comfort are therefore part of our work from the outset.
