When standard solutions don’t fit
We help industrial companies develop and manufacture products that work within their systems and processes. A carrying system needs to be practical and easy to use. A cover must fit the equipment, rather than the other way round. And when your customers are consumers, appearance matters too.
We develop or manufacture products to drawings and specifications, or use an existing product as a starting point. Our projects include guards, insulation, straps, seals, tarpaulins and covers for automotive, manufacturing, forestry and construction applications.
Need to test a solution before it goes into production? We can start with a prototype, manufacture a small production run and scale up as demand grows. The same care for fit and workmanship carries through every stage.
A partner who adapts
to your needs
Sometimes the work starts with an idea that needs to take shape. In other cases, the product already exists, but demand places new requirements on manufacturing. We help you move forward in either case – with development, practical solutions and production that adapts as your needs change.
Working closely together makes it easier to test new ideas, refine them along the way and plan deliveries around your operations. You can order small production runs without building up large stocks, then increase volumes as demand grows. Short lead times and clear communication give you the flexibility to make decisions when you need to, with a supplier who delivers as agreed.
FAQ
Can you develop and manufacture products sold under our brand?
Yes. We manufacture to your drawings and specifications, or work from existing products. We can also help with development and preparation for production. You provide the brand – we provide the expertise to make the product ready for manufacturing.
Can you help us develop a new product?
Absolutely. We provide materials expertise, design and prototyping to take your idea forward. Together, we review function, materials and manufacturing methods, keeping both the product’s intended use and future production in mind.
Can you improve an existing product?
Yes. We can review material selection, design and manufacturing methods to improve performance or simplify production. This may involve reducing material use, reinforcing areas subject to wear or making the product easier to assemble.
Do you manufacture both small production runs and larger volumes?
Yes. We manufacture prototypes, small production runs and recurring orders. By adapting the design and production methods early on, we lay the groundwork for consistent, efficient production as demand grows.
We also work closely with our sister company, allowing us to expand capacity further while retaining responsibility for quality.
How do you tailor the product to the user?
We start with how, where and by whom the product will be used. A machine component may need to withstand abrasion, while a product used every day also needs to be comfortable and easy to use. Requirements for performance, service life and construction guide our recommendations.
